The Belt is a Northwest trending belt of Cretaceous volcanics of Island Arc affinity, stretching from Princeton northwestward to Lillooet with similar outlines continuing futher northwestwardly to Gang Ranch. The low sulphidation epithermal precious metals potential of this Belt was unrecognized until the early 2000's when exploration began in earnest.
